Went in on the last day of the month to see what I could get for a Nissan trade in. Didn't think I was going to do any business that day but they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and drove of with a 2021 Honda Accord. Good deal on both the trade in a used car. Orlando was really easy to work with and they even gave use tacos since they were so busy that we had to wait a bit to do the paperwork. Well recommended. Quentin

Edwin Escamilla is the worst finance person, surprising really he has a job, but I guess Nissan of Stockton likes hiring people that do xxxx business. I was told I had been sold a Mini, did the paperwork and put down a down payment...then crickets. Edwin refused to return phone calls and next thing I know a couple days later the car turns up sold to someone else. Never ever doing business them in the future. They are horrible.

My experience began in the fall of 2021, when I had purchased a new Sentra. I guess that part of it was okay, but keep in mind that that involved ME GIVING MONEY TO THEM. Fast forward to 4/2/23. This is when I decided to trade in the vehicle elsewhere and cancel the extended warranty(contract #V0799402) with Nissan of Stockton; i.e., this is that part when THEY WOULD OWE ME MONEY. So the process started with me signing paperwork--a "service contract cancellation request form"--with the finance department; I was told I'd receive a check on or before 4/23/23. But when that time came and went without receiving a check, I started to feel like something was wrong. Funny thing is, the dealership did not contact me at all. No status update. No apology for the delay. Nothing. So I took the initiative to contact them, only to find out that something was indeed wrong. Apparently, in order to cut me a check and mail it to me, they needed a certain document--indicating I had refinanced and was released from liability--from the company I was initially financed through. How nice of them to inform me of this, right? So I provided the document and was assured I'd be receiving the check in about a week. Well, 2 emails, 3 visits, and 25 phone calls later--I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CHECK. To me, it feels like the dealership is hoping I'll get so frustrated that I'll just give up and go away; but instead, I'm using this review as a recourse. I would encourage others who've had a similar experience to do the same.

I can only say (RIP OFFS) I bought a 2018 Nissan Sentra and had it for 6 months and within that time had to take it back due to bad sensors, then the transmission goes out, they told me it would cost me $8000 to fix it, I literally laughed in there faces went to kia across the street and bought a car , excellent service, very honest ..... DO NOT BUY FROM NISSAN LOOK AT NISSAN REVIEWS THERE HORRIBLE CARS

Took it to a few different mechanics they told me the truck shouldn't have been sold under a clean title because it had been in an accident before!!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL!!!!!

I had my car appraised over the weekend by their Acquisition Manager and he said it was worth around 46k and told my wife and I that he would honor it for seven days. I asked for something in writing but he replied that don't have an official form to fill out…two days later when I called to find out if that amount would be put towards purchasing a vehicle from their dealership or would they just purchase it from me…and then all of a sudden it was valued at 40k not the 46k. He(Acquisition Manager)said that's because they have something similar and it's been their lot for awhile so they weren't even interested!

Horrible service, bought a truck back in December on test drive truck sounded horrible service department checked it out said it was a bad cluster gauge. After multiple attempts at reaching them over this issue haven't returned any of my calls. At this point I would say please avoid this place horrible customer service.

Buyer be aware! I guess this pandemic crisis has bought back some old tricks at this Nissan dealer. False advertising, bait and switch, sub par customer service.. etc. Advertise a low price on-line and inflate it on the back end when you inquire with a bunch of useless dealer add-on not requested by the buyer. Glad we figured it our prior to making a drive to Stockton to waste our time! I would stay away.. do you due diligence and only deal with businesses with ethical and professional service, after all it is the least we can ask for as consumers. Cheers!

Purchased truck from them at the beginning of February and still have not received license plates. Stockton Nissan failed to smog the vehicle before they sold it to me. They do not return phone calls, so I was forced into paying for a smog out of pocket. When you do get a hold of them they lie and say they've completed their part and submitted information to DMV. I'm currently driving around on an expired temporary plate and have to waste my time going to DMV to obtain a temporary operating permit.
